Blue Dragons Upend Caterpillars, 9-2
The Grand Forks Caterpillars started the 2063 season not with a bang but with a whimper, falling, 9-2, to the Levittown Blue Dragons at The Cocoon. Catcher Esteban Jones was the top performer for Levittown. Darren Marquis picked up the win, improving his season record to 1-0. He struck out 8 in 7.1 innings.

Zhong-shu Wu had a big grand slam home run for the Blue Dragons in the top of the eighth inning. With Levittown leading 5-2 and the bases loaded, he got a fastball from 22-year old right-handed pitcher Luther Jackson and swatted a home run to left. It was his 1st home run of the season, and more importantly, it put the Blue Dragons ahead, 9-2.

"We're trying to go out there and win games," Jones told the Levittown Citizen, "and we played pretty well tonight."
