Tight Tilt Goes to Reapers, 3-2
The bats were silent much of the day at Mango Yard. But 21-year old second baseman Tommy Lewis produced just enough offense to carry the Reapers past the Holy City Herons, 3-2. Lewis was 2-3 with a home run. He scored 2 runs and drove in 2. Bob Foster picked up the win, lifting his record to 1-0 on the season. He struck out 5 and walked 2 in 6 innings, while yielding 2 runs. Kyle Warren closed the game out for Grim, earning his 1st save.

Grim catcher Nathan Flores helped the Reapers go up, 3-2, in the top of the sixth inning. With the game tied, Flores hit a run-scoring single off Holy City pitcher Dan Brown.

"Nervous? No," said Lewis. "It was my time to shine."
