Levittown Absorbs 3-2 Loss to Grim
|
Starting pitcher Jimmy Numbers gave the Grim Reapers a rock-solid performance, helping his team defeat the Levittown Blue Dragons, 3-2, at The Cave at Levittown. Troy Murdock earned the save, his 1st. The loss puts Levittown at 2-4.
Who knows how it might've ended, had it not been for Nathan Flores? The Grim catcher had a 2-run double in the top of the third inning to put the Reapers on top, 3-0. For the game, Flores had 1 double and 1 single in 4 at-bats.
"This level of focus will win us a lot of ballgames," Flores said after the game.
