Kleijwegt Delivers Walk-Off Win for River Rats
The Columbia River Rats picked up a win at Columbia Stadium, downing the Lake Erie Arryns, 6-3. On the mound for Columbia was right-hander Jesús Suárez, who played a pivotal role in the win. Lake Erie, with the loss, is 5-3.

Columbia got a game-changing hit from Carol Kleijwegt. The center fielder blasted a grand slam home run in the bottom of the ninth inning to win the game. It was his only hit in 5 at-bats, but it was a winner.

"Just glad I could help us get a win," said Kleijwegt.
