Reapers Win Nail-Biter in 11
The Grim Reapers faced a tough opponent in Grand Forks pitcher Carlos Ramos, but found a way to pull out the victory at The Coffin by a final score of 7-6 in 11 innings. Ramos went 5.1 innings and allowed no runs. Grim pitcher Jeff MacFadden earned the win, hiking his record to 1-1. Oscar Drenth suffered the loss. Grand Forks drops to 5-3.

The Reapers got a clutch hit from right fielder Dan Mowat. In the bottom of the 11th, he hit a run-scoring single to center, to win the game for the Reapers.

"Our team showed some spunk," said Mowat.
