Hobeaus Stay Hot, Beat Godfathers, 9-6

Francis Marion was a major factor in the 9-6 Smoky Mountain win over Pontiac. The Hobeaus left fielder went 3-4 with a home run, a double, and a walk. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. Mark Milligan earned the win to go to 1-1. He allowed 4 runs on 5 hits, with 1 walk and 8 strikeouts in 7.2 innings of work. With their winning streak at 5, the Hobeaus have raced to a strong start this season.
