In a close game at Dragoons War Memorial Stadium, the Holy City Herons edged the Monroeville Yinzers, 5-4. Holy City center fielder Tony Rosales stood apart with his performance. He was 2-4 with a home run. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. Jesse Parker picked up the save, his 3rd. The win lifts Holy City to a record of 6-12.
Rosales got the Herons off to a quick start. In the top of the first, with a runner on 2nd, he hit a run-scoring single.
"We ground out the win," said Rosales. "That's all that matters."
