Collins, Godfathers Too Much for Seahawks
Getting offensive support from William Collins, the Pontiac Godfathers topped the Myrtle Beach Seahawks, 10-5. Collins hit 2 home runs, while scoring 3 runs and driving in 5 for the Godfathers. Hal Wilson earned the save, his 5th. The first-place Godfathers are 27-17.

Collins had a timely hit for Pontiac in the top of the seventh. With Myrtle Beach trailing 5-3, he turned a first pitch fastball into a grand slam home run. It was his 6th home run of the season, making it 7-5, Pontiac.

"Getting a lot of baserunners and getting some timely hits, it's a good combination," said Collins.
