With first baseman Lou Miller leading the charge, the Alaskan Bush Pilots defeated the Mancelona Torch, 6-5, at Bush Pilots Park. Miller, who is tied for 4th in the SA with a .385 on-base percentage, was 2-3 with a double and 2 walks. He scored 2 runs. Jim Carter notched the win in relief.
