Caterpillars Lose to Yinzers in Walk-Off
Monroeville picked up a win at Dragoons War Memorial Stadium, bumping off the Grand Forks Caterpillars, 4-3. Pitcher Doug Kellar was a major reason the Yinzers emerged victorious. Reliever Aquilino Meléndez picked up the win. His record improves to 1-0. Hirokazu Fukuda took the loss. Monroeville is now 36-19, 2 games up in the Silver A.

Todd Bartlett was the walk-off hero for Monroeville. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Yinzers pinch hitter hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.
