Harris Swings Herons to 8-5 Win
Holy City and Yucca Valley got after it at Ballpark of Yucca Valley.

Herons second baseman Allen Harris left his mark on his team's 8-5 win over the Yucca Valley Yellows. Harris, who is tied for 10th in the SA in RBI with 30, was 3 for 5 with a home run, 2 singles, and a walk, while scoring 2 and driving in 3 for Holy City in the contest. Dusty Mills earned the win after being brought in from the bullpen. The left-hander allowed no runs on 3 hits in 2 innings. His record is now 1-0.

Harris made an early impact for Holy City when he stroked his 7th home run of the season. The 3-run home run, which came in the top of the second, put the Herons on top, 5-0.

"We just try to have good at-bats, whether we're winning, losing, or tied," said Harris.
