Canseco Now 4-1 After Subduing Caterpillars

The Pontiac Godfathers converted a terrific effort from starter Álex Canseco into a win over the Grand Forks Caterpillars at Pontiac Copperdome. The Godfathers won the game by a final score of 4-2. The Godfathers, at 30-35, sit in 6th place in the Silver A.
Canseco delivered a quality start for Pontiac. The 6-foot-4 right-hander allowed no earned runs on 3 hits over 7.1 innings of work.
"Álex is tough to beat when he's hitting his spots," said Pontiac manager John Moss.
