A nice crowd turned out for a clash between the Lake Erie Arryns and Holy City Herons.
Lake Erie pitcher Frank Hurst did his part in helping his team defeat the Holy City Herons, 4-0. The opposition could never get too much going against the left-hander. With the win, Lake Erie has a record of 34-36. Holy City falls to 45-25.
Who knows how it might've ended, had it not been for José Muñóz? The Lake Erie left fielder had a 2-run single in the top of the second inning to put the Arryns on top, 2-0. For the game, Muñóz had 1 double and 1 single in 4 at-bats.
