Huntington first baseman James Reed had 4 ribbies while helping his team defeat the Yucca Valley Yellows, 6-4. Huntington, at 31-42, holds down 9th place in the Silver A.

Reed had a game-changing home run in the top of the seventh. On a 2-2 fastball from Menno van der Kooij, he banged a grand slam home run to right, giving the Hermit Crabs a 6-4 lead. It was the 9th home run of the year for Reed.

"It never gets old," said Reed. "Winning, that is."
