The Yucca Valley Yellows took Levittown pitcher Michael Campbell's best shot and still were able to claim a win at Ballpark of Yucca Valley. The final score had Yucca Valley getting past the Blue Dragons, 4-3. Campbell went 8 innings and allowed 2 runs, striking out 4. With this game in the books, Yucca Valley is 32-47, Levittown 29-50.

Up to bat in the bottom of the tenth, 23-year old first baseman Jack Mills had a chance to be the hero. Levittown pitcher Mario Salas wanted to foil that plan. But with one out, Mills hit a sacrifice fly. The Yellows had themselves a thrilling win.

"It doesn't matter if you're 10 games over .500 or 10 games under, it feels good to win," Mills told the Yucca Valley Times.
