Hobeaus Prevail, 4-2, Over Grim

Smoky Mountain Hobeaus starter Bob Bradley found his groove in his team's 4-2 win over the Grim Reapers. Bradley picked up the win for Smoky Mountain, going 6.2 innings. He gave up 2 runs on 7 hits. He now sports a record of 8-4. Gijsbert Arents wrapped it up, recording his 2nd save.
Making an impact for Smoky Mountain was left fielder Francis Marion. Swamp Fox drilled a solo home run off Jean-Jacques Grimaud in the bottom of the fourth. For the game, Marion went 1-3 with a home run.
"You have to trust that what you're doing is going to produce results," said Bradley.
Smoky Mountain, at 48-37, sits in second place in the Silver A.
