Henderson Lifts Bush Pilots to 8-1 Triumph
Mark Henderson was a vital contributor to the 8-1 Alaskan victory over Delmarva. The Bush Pilots shortstop was 3-3 with a home run, a double, and a walk. He scored 3 times and drove in 2. Lowie Hulsbos picked up the save, his 1st. Alaskan, now 45-44, holds down 5th place in the Silver A.

Alaskan used a clutch at-bat from Maurice King to capture the win. The second baseman hammered a 3-run home run in the top of the fourth inning to put the Bush Pilots ahead, 4-0. It was his lone hit in 3 at-bats, but it was a humdinger.

"I was just going up there trying to see good pitches, that was about it," said Henderson.
