Brown Schools Columbia in 2-0 Smoky Mountain Triumph

In a low-scoring contest between the Smoky Mountain Hobeaus and the Columbia River Rats, Elton Brown was the X factor. The Smoky Mountain right-hander spearheaded the 2-0 win. Gijsbert Arents, summoned from the bullpen, notched his 3rd save. The win for the Hobeaus lifted their record to 51-41.
Brown scattered 1 hit over 8 innings for the Hobeaus. With the win, Brown moves to 4-2 on the year with 38 strikeouts.
"When you are able to locate the ball, good things are going to happen," said Brown.
