Pollock Propels Yucca Valley to 2-1 Win
|
Curt Pollock never let Grim get something going. The Yucca Valley right-hander commanded his fastball in pitching the Yellows to a 2-1 win. With this game in the books, Yucca Valley is 50-42, Grim 34-58.
Pollock was in the zone all game. He frustrated Grim hitters while giving the Yellows 7 innings of quality work. Pollock threw 97 pitches, allowing 3 hits and getting 7 punchouts.
