Boston-Montana Trade: Davis for Enríques Thursday, July 7th, 2039 Boston and Montana have agreed in principle to a trade. The Patriots will send 34-year-old LF Wilbur Davis to the Pandas for 20-year-old minor league 3B César Enríques. The deal is expected to be finalized shortly and the clubs will be introducing their new players to the press when the paperwork is complete. Boston will retain a portion of Davis's remaining contract. In 48 games this season Davis has compiled a .237 batting average with 45 hits and 7 home runs. He has also scored 27 times and knocked in 14 runs. |
