Mississippi RP Isaac Gunner Injured Monday, June 19th , 2051 The Mississippi Mockingbirds were informed today by team doctors that reliever Isaac Gunner sustained back spasms in a recent game against the Colorado Billy Goats and will not play for 6 weeks. Gunner was hurt throwing a pitch. So far this season, Gunner has a 1-1 won-lost record with 10 saves. He has made 15 relief appearances, logged 13.2 innings and fanned 21 batters while fashioning a 0.66 ERA and allowing the opposition a .245 batting average. |
