PL Honors July's #1 Pitcher Thursday, August 1st, 2041 Over the past month Mike Donovan has turned quite a few heads. He's young, talented and able to pitch with the established arms in the United States Premier League. He proved all that and now he's been named July's Pitcher of the Month. The rookie for the New Orleans Voodoo posted 4-0 mark and a 2.59 ERA. In 6 starts he tossed 41.2 innings, permitted 31 hits and fanned 26 batters. So far this year Donovan has a 6-1 record with a 1.98 ERA. |
