Greenville, Northern Virginia Agree to Swap Friday, January 8th, 2038 Sometimes a change of scenery can be a beneficial to a baseball player. That is the hope in Greenville and Northern Virginia as the teams came to an agreement today which sends 29-year-old C Tim Stinson and 30-year-old 3B Craig Morgan to the Rainbow Mermaids and 23-year-old minor league RHP Jason Lissenberg, 24-year-old RHP Kingston Liniak, 30-year-old 2B Shiki Sanu and $1 in cash to the 84s. "Only time will tell if this is the right move for everyone," stated the Northern Virginia GM. In 108 career games, Sanu has put up a .231 average, collected 13 doubles, 1 triple, and 15 home runs, driven in 50 runs, and scored 55 times. |
