Rea Holds River Rats Scoreless Sunday, May 27th , 2063 In an outstanding mound performance, Caldwell Chiefs starter Luis Rea fired a complete-game shutout against the Columbia River Rats at Pipers Ballpark. Rea was the key to the 6-0 Caldwell win. The 21-year-old right-hander was in high spirits for much of the game, his mood largely unfazed by the 2 hits and no walks he allowed. "2 hits?" he said with a laugh following the game. "Listen, I'd be happy with a 30-hitter, as long as it was a shutout."
