Orlando García Sidelined for Season Saturday, June 2nd , 2063 The doctors have spoken and Orlando García of the Walla Walla Walleye didn't like what he heard. The 22-year-old reliever is almost certainly gone for the rest of the year and depending on his progress could miss some of next season as well. García sustained his season-ending injury during the Columbia River Rats game yesterday at Walleye Tank. He had to leave the game because he hurt himself while throwing a pitch. Today the Walla Walla medical staff reported García had a fractured elbow and would be absent from the lineup for at least 4 months. |
