SA Premier Pitcher is Philadelphia's Miller Saturday, July 1st , 2062 An outstanding 4-0 record in June earned Bryan Miller the Pitcher of the Month Award in the USSL Single A. When his name was penciled in to start on the Philadelphia lineup card, it meant trouble for opposing teams. In 36.1 innings of work, Miller limited opposing batters to 26 base hits and a .197 batting average. He notched 32 strikeouts, issued 5 walks and had a 1.49 ERA. So far this season, Miller has logged a 5-2 record with a 2.35 ERA. He has started 10 games, hurled 69 innings and registered 60 strikeouts and 13 walks. |
