SA Announces Outstanding Batter Award Sunday, July 1st , 2057 When Flip van Campen stepped up to the plate in June he did it with confidence, and today he was honored with the USSL Single A Batter of the Month award. The young Alameda left fielder posted a .290 batting average with 5 home runs, 13 RBIs and scored 14 runs. van Campen also worked pitchers for 8 walks to post a .353 on-base percentage. van Campen is currently batting .265 with 7 home runs and 19 RBIs. |
