Season May Be Over for Herons Morán Thursday, July 21st , 2061 The season is finished for Franco Morán of the Holy City Herons. The club announced today that he will forego the rest of the year because of injury. The Herons starting pitcher suffered a torn flexor tendon in his elbow while throwing a pitch in a recent game against the Smoky Mountain Hobeaus. Team doctors said it would take at least 12 months to heal. His record this season is 6-1 in 11 starts and Morán has a 2.48 ERA. |
