USSL Single A Premier Pitcher is Hurst Saturday, September 1st , 2063 Frank Hurst of Lake Erie had an excellent August with a 4-0 record and was selected as the Pitcher of the Month in the USSL Single A. He finished the month with a 1.80 ERA while piling up 33 strikeouts in 35 innings and holding opposing hitters to a .197 batting average. This season, Hurst has fanned 101 in 128 innings and collected a 9-6 record with a 2.95 ERA. |
