Suspensions Handed Out for Bench-Clearing Brawl

Rick Nolan of the Put-In-Bay Commodores and Clemens Schlöndorff of the Pontiac Godfathers received notification from the league commissioner's office that they had been suspended for 4 and 8 games respectively for their part in the on-field ruckus in a recent game at Pontiac Copperdome.
So far this season, Nolan is batting .268 with 6 home runs, 24 RBIs and 16 runs scored. He has 42 hits in 157 at-bats, 12 walks and a .322 OBP. Nolan has played in 61 games.
This season in 16 starts, Clemens Schlöndorff has a record of 1-6 with 79 strikeouts in 98 innings and a 4.04 ERA.
