SA's Top Hitter Named Friday, September 1st , 2062 Jeff Godfrey is not used to being associated with Batter of the Month-caliber players, but today the Alaskan third baseman joined that select company when the USSL Single A announced the results of August's voting. Godfrey totaled 30 hits, 12 walks, 4 home runs, 10 RBIs and 16 runs scored last month to put together a .385 batting average and .462 on-base percentage. Godfrey on the season is batting .259 with 14 home runs. His totals include 39 RBIs and 44 runs scored. He has played in 79 games. |
