PA Hands Out Reliever of the Year Award Sunday, September 22nd, 2041 Li-chi Lou said he thinks hitters often underestimate him, as he's only 22 years old. But he'll certainly be getting a lot more respect now, as the Galesburg Guzzlers rising star has won the USPL Single A Reliever of the Year Award for 2041. He captured the award on the strength of his 1.20 ERA over 97.1 innings. He also had 7 saves in 43 relief appearances, 161 strikeouts and only 21 walks. He received 10 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Mark Finley of the South Beach Blaze finished second in voting, while Kenny Pollock of the Rocky Mountain Vibes finished third.
