League Suspends Patton and Vermillion for Brawl Tuesday, August 11th, 2043 After an intense confrontation, both the Divided Buddy Patton and the Kingfishers Zebulon Vermillion were handed their punishments today. The league commissioner's office issued suspensions for an on-the-field conflict that occurred at a recent D.C.-Pittsburgh game. Buddy Patton will miss 5 games, while Zebulon Vermillion was suspended for 6 games. "Sometimes we go too far and have to pay the consequences," Buddy Patton commented later.
