Divided Lose Chávez for Season Friday, August 21st, 2043 The D.C. Divided were dealt a blow today when center fielder Martín Chávez left the game with an undisclosed injury. The team has now revealed that Chávez has suffered a broken bone in the elbow and will most likely miss the rest of the season as a result of the injury. In 82 games this season Chávez has compiled a .232 batting average with 75 hits and 10 home runs. He has also scored 38 times and knocked in 36 runs. |
