Veteran Warble Signs with Mockingbirds Thursday, September 10th, 2043 Brewster Warble inked a deal that will keep the seasoned veteran on the Mockingbirds roster another 2 years. Earlier today team personnel announced that the 36-year-old had settled on a $2,500,000-a-year deal to play at Magnolia Park. It's no secret Warble is getting older, but he could still contribute a lot to the franchise. This season Warble has worked 49 innings in 36 relief appearances and picked up 14 saves. He has dished out 59 strikeouts and walked 8 with a 2-1 mark and a 2.02 ERA. |
