McCoy Wins SL Player of the Week Trophy Monday, August 5th , 2047 Daniel McCoy of the Detroit Elite might have lost a step over the years, but the 38-year-old right fielder can still get it done. He beat out several other worthy United States Silver League hitters over this past week to claim the Player of the Week Award. McCoy posted a .500 batting average with 2 home runs and 6 RBIs last week while scoring 5 runs. For the week he was 9 for 18. During the current season McCoy is batting at a .266 clip with 12 home runs and 35 RBIs. He has played in 65 games and scored 33 times. |
