United States Silver League Names Rookie of Month Tuesday, October 1st, 2041 Lewis N. Clark's eyes seem to light up whenever he sees the baseball. The young Las Vegas center fielder has been hitting everything in sight for the better part of a month. In September he was voted the Rookie of the Month Award. During the month he hit .279 with 3 doubles, 1 triple and 3 home runs. Clark also scored 13 times and drove in 9 runs. This season Clark has banged out 96 hits in 363 at-bats for a .264 average with 24 home runs. He is getting on base at a .358 pace and his totals also include 62 RBIs and 66 runs scored. |
