Thunder Bay 3B La Caze Suspended Wednesday, June 3rd, 2037 A 2-game suspension has been handed out by the league office to Robert La Caze of the Thunder Bay Northern Lions BC. La Caze was suspended for "inappropriate and aggressive conduct" during a confrontation with the plate umpire during a recent game at 5 Paces Park against the Bowties. He was ejected after arguing a called third strike and had to be restrained by his bench coach. On the year La Caze has hit .200 with no home runs, 5 RBIs and scored 11 runs. |
