Valdéz Says Goodbye in Ft. Worth Saturday, May 12th, 2040 Pedro Valdéz said it was an easy decision to announce that this will be his last year of professional baseball. "I'm 41 years old," the Ft. Worth Cattlemen reliever said. "Some of the guys in the clubhouse are young enough to be my son. It's time to go before I start getting white hairs." In his career Valdéz has made 41 relief appearances and converted 1 save. His record stands at 66-and-56 with a 2.98 ERA. |
