Franke Keeps Hit Streak Alive Tuesday, July 9th, 2041 Oakland second baseman Sebastian Franke has extended his hitting streak to 20 straight games with a 3-for-4 day. However, the Toledo Stingers took the 6-3 victory over the Oaks at Oakland Coliseum. "Disappointing," Franke said of the outcome. Sebastian Franke singled in the 1st, flied out in the 3rd, hit an RBI triple in the 5th and singled in the 7th. Thus far this year Franke has hit .368 with 2 home runs and 23 RBIs. |
