O'Neal Collects Player of the Week Award Monday, August 13th, 2035 27-year-old Tim O'Neal sent shock waves through Menard's Third League last week with an eye-popping performance that brought him the Menard's Third League Player of the Week Award. A newcomer to the league, O'Neal made the establishment sit up and take notice, punishing opposing pitchers with a .500 average, 10 hits in 20 at-bats, 3 home runs and 9 RBI. Where the Oakland Oaks right fielder goes from here, only the baseball gods know for sure, but O'Neal certainly made his mark last week. O'Neal is batting at a .345 pace this season, picking up 78 hits in 226 at-bats with 10 home runs, 50 RBIs and 38 runs scored. |
