Menard's Third League Selects August's Best Batter Wednesday, September 1st, 2038 At only 24 years of age, Javier Seco could very well be having many more months like the last this in his career. That would be great news for fans of the Houston 1837 BBC, as August was one to remember for the first baseman and he has captured the Menard's Third League Batter of the Month award. On the month he hit .434 with 8 home runs, 19 RBIs and 22 runs scored. So far this year Seco is hitting .316 with 19 home runs. |
