Bortenschlager Sizzles with 38-Game Batting Streak Tuesday, September 16th, 2036 Buffalo White Walkers second baseman Max Bortenschlager was beaming today after his team finished beating the Panama City Piranhas 10-3 at Beyond the Wall. Bortenschlager contributed 3 hits to the victory and extended his hitting streak to 38 games. "Life is good when the hits keep coming like they have in the last few weeks," he said at his postgame press conference. "I hope I can keep it up a little while longer." Max Bortenschlager singled in the 1st, doubled in the 3rd, grounded out in the 5th, struck out in the 6th and hit an RBI single in the 8th.
