César Albó Leaving Baseball Tuesday, October 20th, 2043 César Albó said he will miss "leading the boys into battle" after this season. At 36 years old, the team leader of the Montana Pandas has announced he will retire at season's end. "I've always tried to be a guy that leads by example and I'd like to think I've been a good leader in my career," he said. "There's a lot of things I'm going to miss about the sport, but I think most of all is the camaraderie with the guys." In his career Albó has put up a 5.13 ERA and fanned 35 hitters in 54.1 innings. His career record stands at 0-6 with 2 saves. |
