3L Honors Wizarding First Baseman Monday, September 24th, 2035 27-year-old Je-myung Yu sent shock waves through Menard's Third League last week with an eye-popping performance that brought him the Menard's Third League Player of the Week Award. A newcomer to the league, Yu made the establishment sit up and take notice, punishing opposing pitchers with a .375 average, 9 hits in 24 at-bats, 3 home runs and 10 runs batted in. Where the Wizarding Express first baseman goes from here, only the baseball gods know for sure, but Yu certainly made his mark last week. This year Yu has collected a .347 batting average to date with 139 hits in 401 at-bats, 97 RBIs, 40 home runs and scored 88 times. He has played in 106 games. |
