Milton's Riquelme Goes Ballistic with 5 Hits Thursday, September 3rd, 2043 The Milton Dogfish Head stopped the Austin Black Mambas by a score of 11-2 at Milton Corner Tavern today, with the lion's share of the credit going to second baseman Rafael Riquelme. The 24-year-old had a career day, collecting 5 hits. "Every batter wants to have a quality at-bat every time he steps up to the plate," Riquelme said later. "He wants to hit the ball hard." Riquelme did just that in his 6 at-bats, much to the chagrin of the Black Mambas. "Not much that I can say," offered Austin manager Juan Cuestas. "He just hammered the heck out of us." Rafael Riquelme doubled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, hit an RBI single in the 4th, hit a two-run home run off Alastair England in the 6th, hit an RBI single in the 7th and flied out in the 8th.
