King of the Hill Announced by USPL Triple A Saturday, October 10th, 2043 The USPL Triple A announced today that Jason Miller has been chosen the Outstanding Pitcher Award winner for 2043. The Bakersfield starter had everything working for him this past season as he breezed to a 10-4 record. In his award-winning season Miller crafted a 2.37 ERA in 121.2 innings with 94 strikeouts and 23 walks. Opposing batters hit .209 against him in his 20 starts. He received 10 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Carlos Vargas of the Bakersfield Nobles finished second in voting, while Forest Stanley of the Bakersfield Nobles finished third.
