Horton Holds Longnecks Scoreless Friday, May 8th, 2037 The Bloomington Longnecks struggled at the plate today against Supernovas hurler Kent Horton, who shackled them on 6 hits while hurling a complete game 10-0 shutout. "What can you say? We didn't hit well," said Longnecks skipper Coy Knight in his postgame comments. "Hopefully we shake this off and bounce back tomorrow." Horton finished the game with 3 strikeouts and 1 walk in an excellent mound performance. "He pitched real well," Scranton manager Micheal Garren said. "Kent made pitches when he had to.
