Miller Pitches ParksNRec to Shutout Win Saturday, June 7th, 2036 The Pawnee ParksNRec shut out the Bakersfield Nobles 4-0 today behind the strong pitching of Clarence Miller. Miller surrendered only 4 hits in recording the complete-game victory, and struck out 7. Following the last out, Miller appeared to celebrate a little too boisterously for Bakersfield manager Enrique Castro, who could be seen scolding the famously outspoken right-hander as the clubs left the field. Miller's own manager then intervened with some words for his counterpart. The Nobles skipper would not comment on the exchange, but at the ParksNRec press conference, Miller confirmed that it was regarding the celebration.
