The hard-working and hard-playing Luis García was rewarded with the USPL Triple A Player of the Week honors. The scrappy Baton Rouge Brass shortstop hit .500 while collecting 9 hits in 18 at-bats, 1 home run and 4 RBIs. Presently García is hitting .351 with 2 home runs and 11 RBIs.
